"I called and spoke with a couple of representatives before deciding to purchase from your company. Everyone was very helpful and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. I did have a problem placing an order online last Friday and was instructed to take a screen shot and copy it into an email to send. I was told someone would call me upon receipt. I never received a return call. I was successful in my attempt to place an order today online. It was a little disappointing that I didn't get a call back on Friday and still haven't.
