We have a limited number of FREE pre-designed templates for your convenience. If you are comfortable with your software, know how to work with tables and understand your printers limitations, these templates may be a great solution for you. Because of the numerous variables in how your office may be configured, we do not offer technical support for the templates.

Vinyl name badges are an inexpensive alternative to standard name tags. Printed on thinner vinyl and with a smaller choice in fasteners these badges are an option when large numbers of name badges are required.

Custom shapes, windows for name insertion, Write-on-Strips, and other options are available on the 6 different styles offered.

Plastic vinyl badges are available in rectangles, 16 stock shapes, or the custom shape of your choice.

Plastic vinyl badges may have a Write-on-Strip or a stamped recess for a label. If desired consecutive numbers may also be printed on these tags.

Laminated badges come with a clear coating for protection. Add names wtih labels or choose an optional Write-on-strip. If desired consecutive numbers may also be printed on these tags.

Quality name badges with room left to attach a label are a simple solution for companies with a high employee turnover rate, or these name badges can be used while a new employee is waiting for their customized name tag. Quickly add names using your own printed labels or by writing your names directly on the name badge with a permanent marker.

Logos with up to 6 colors may be added to your name badges using this high quality, hot-stamping process. More than 25 material colors and 60 foil colors are available for your logo, including metallics (gold, silver and copper).

Laser engraved name badges are created using 1/16-inch engravable two-ply plastic. As the top layer is gently etched away, the bottom layer is revealed, creating a two-color badge. More than 25 material colors are available.

This option is best for logos which are bright and contain shades, blends, and gradients. If the colors for your logo are not available as foils for our hot-stamping process we may be able to use the full color process to give a close, but not perfect color match. Limited material colors are available. We strongly recommend white name badges for the full color process, though some logos may be able to be printed on brushed aluminum, euro gold or almond.
