Consisting of a metal plate, a printable insert and an elegant domed lens cover, the Mighty Badge® is a 3-part name badge system that enables you to customize the look of the badge to reflect your unique corporate image.
A logo is printed onto your metal back plate using a dye sublimation process, saving you the hassle and expense of printing the logo on your transparent inserts. Mighty Badges are available in 10 sizes, white, gold and silver back plates and your choice of fastener.

WINDOW BADGE INSERTS - PRINTING
Name Tag Inc. offers templates to help you print both the small and large reusable name tag inserts using Microsoft Word or Open Office. Open the files, and save them to your desktop. Enter the names, titles and logos as shown, then print the files using an inkjet or laser printer*.
Name badges with a logo are excellent choices for companies with a high-rate of turnover that are looking for a quality, traditional name badge.
These blank badges can also be used as a temporary solution while a new employee is waiting for their customized, permanent name tag.
Quickly add names using your own printed labels or by writing your names directly on the name badge with a permanent marker.
These badges are available in all of our name tag processes -- Full color printed, laser engraved and hot-stamped.
This option is best for logos that contain shades, blends, and gradients.
If the colors for your logo are not available as foils on our hot-stamping process, the full color process may be used to give a close, but not perfect color match.
White name badges for the full color process are highly recommended, though some logos may be printable on brushed aluminum, european gold or almond.

Laser engraved name badges are created using 1/16-inch engravable two-ply plastic. As the top layer is gently etched away, the bottom layer is revealed, creating a two-color badge. More than 25 material colors are available.
