HOW THE MIGHTY BADGES WORKS
Mighty Badges are the most durable reusable badge offered. The metallic back plate won’t easily bend or break and can be left blank or pre-printed with your logo. The clear domed lens cover may be removed from the back plate, allowing the transparent insert to be replaced.

*Compatibility with your printer is not guaranteed. If laser-only inserts are ordered and your machine is incompatible it is possible to exchange unused laser-only sheets for Ink-Jet sheets. Call for exchange/return information.
Laser--Plus Film Pro ($5.50 per sheet) must be printed on a laser printer. The laser inserts may be printed 1 insert at a time. (recommended product)
Ink Jet--Classic Inserts ($4.50 per sheet) may be printed using most ink-jet printers. Ink-jet inserts must be printed 2 at a time for the first half of the insert sheet. Then the remaining inserts must be printed one column at a time (4-6 inserts depending on the insert size).
***HP Laserjet machines will only print on Ink Jet--Classic Insert sheets.

Custom Shaped and Surface Printed vinyl badges are 0.30 inches thick, and are available only on white vinyl, full bleeds are not available.
Full Color, Full-Vu and Over-Laminated Window Badges are 0.40 inch thick vinyl, over-laminated to protect the finish. Full bleeds (printing to the edge of the badge) are available. 1 color badges are available on the standard vinyl color materials shown below. Metallic silver and gold materials are available at a 10% additional charge. 2 and more color tags will be digitally printed on white material.

Full Color
Printed on .06 inch thick plastic, full color name tags utilize a direct to plastic printing process, creating a durable, printed name tag. Full color name tags may be printed using your vector art, or a high quality bitmapped image.
SIZE: Minimum size - .75 x 2.75 inches, Maximum size - 2 x 3.25 inches.
The top layer of two-ply .06 inch thick plastic is removed by the laser engraver, leaving the second color showing and creating a two color plastic name tag.
SIZE: Minimum size - .75 x 2.75 inches, Maximum size - 8 sq. inches. Custom shapes are available. Larger sizes are available on the name plate pages.
Metal tags (.02 inches thick) are laser engraved with your logo. Make a statement with these light weight, professional name tags. Upgrades shown in image: Blue tag has a domed surface.
