How do I order?
YOU MAY BEGIN YOUR ORDER AT NAME TAG, INC. EITHER BY PHONE OR ONLINE. PHONE: Call 1-800-272-5729 toll free and speak with a customer service representative--they will gladly help you find the best product to meet your needs and will guide you through the ordering process. ONLINE: Browse our web site to examine our products, and when you are ready order follow the instructions on the online order form, checking or selecting options that apply, until your order is finished. You will receive a response from Name Tag, Inc. to confirm you order. 3. I only have a sketchy idea of what I want my name tags to look like, can Name Tag, Inc. design my tags for me?
Yes. Let us know what your idea is, or our group of dedicated designers can create a layout and design for your custom product —a proof (see answer #4) of your custom design will be emailed for your approval prior to production. 4. Will I be able to see my custom tag before I order?
When you order a custom product a proof will be sent to you for your approval, giving you an opportunity to see what your tags will look like. (See question 5 for more information about proofs). 5. What is a proof?
When you order a custom product, a proof will be emailed to you as a PDF, to show you the layout and design. We require that you have reviewed, signed and returned a proof to Name Tag, Inc. to begin production of your product. The standard production time for a designer to create a proof is 4 business hours and there is no charge for this service. If revisions or changes to the proofs are needed, inform us of the changes, by returning the proof with the changes noted: the standard proof revision time is 24 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until proof approval. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved proof has been received by Name Tag, Inc. 6. How are my custom name tags made?
7. Why does a metal die need to be ordered for products with a hot stamped logo?
To hot stamp your logo onto a name tag metal dies are ordered and then used with heat, pressure and colored foils to stamp your logo onto the tag (VIEW VIDEO). It takes 2 business days to order and receive the dies. If your tag has a hot stamped logo, we CAN NOT begin production UNTIL we have received your metal dies. Therefore the production of name tags with hot stamped logos are based on the approval of the proof AND on the arrival time of your dies. 8. How should I prepare the text to be added to my name tags or name plates?

13. Can Name Tag, Inc. ship my order over night?
Yes. Many of our products may be shipped the same day as long as the order is received by 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. The product you are ordering and the quantity purchased will greatly influence how quickly you can receive your products. Expedited production is available and the expedited fees WILL NOT be charged if expedited times are not met. PLEASE NOTE: Expedited production is not available at all times frames or for all jobs. 14. Is there a setup fee for my purchases?
Maybe. Products that require custom work, designs, and development time are subject to setup fees, dependent on the specific product you are purchasing. However, many stock products DO NOT incur setup fees. For returning customers & reorders, most setup fees are greatly reduced and some are completely waived. Please check online or call for specific details. 15. Is there a minimum purchase quantity or amount?
Yes. For initial orders there is a minimum purchase quantity; that amount varies depending on the product being purchased. Reorder minimum quantities are product dependent; Classic Name Tags and Classic Name Plates do not have reorder minimum quantities. Yes. Use our name tag price calculator to get a cost estimate for name tag orders. The name tag price calculator can be used to calculate estimates for the following name tags: blank, engraved, full color, logo only, engraved with logo, classy (name tags encased by a frame), and custom shape. What payment options does Name Tag, Inc. accept?
Name Tag, Inc. accepts a variety of payment options. We accept all major card credits: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Name Tag, Inc. will also consider accepting PO's from Governmental, Educational and Non Profit entities and for reorders from previous customers. Name Tag, Inc. also accepts checks as a form of payment. Simply fax a copy of the check, mail us the original and your order will be processed as soon as we receive your faxed copy. 18. Do my products come with a guarantee or warranty?
Yes. Name Tag, Inc. believes very strongly in its quality. We only use the highest grade material for all our products; therefore we warrant our products to be free of defects for a period of one year after purchase. Defective products will be replaced, returned to Name Tag, Inc. for repair, or have replacement parts sent to the user at our option. Name Tag, Inc. does not accept returns of custom made products or special order products; however, standard products we normally stock can be returned for 100% credit to be applied towards other purchases or a refund will be issued after the deduction of a 15% restocking fee. Name Tag, Inc. is only responsible for replacement or repair of defective merchandise and is not responsible for any consequential damages.
