THE BUYING PROCESS
1) ADD TO CART - Add item(s) to the cart
2) NEXT - See totals including shipping costs (see below for details)
3) NEXT - Enter shipping information
4) CHECKOUT - Select Method of Payment (see below for details) and provide billing information
5) PLACE ORDER - Order complete. Invoice will appear on the screen and be emailed
The order may be revised or canceled at any step before PLACE ORDER.
Comments & special instructions can be added on the CHECKOUT screen.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
1) VISA / Master Card / American Express / Discover - Select card type and enter # for immediate order processing.
2) Mailing or Faxing Payment - Select this option for any of the following:
- CREDIT CARD by Phone - Place order and phone Name Tag, Inc. with cc information
- CREDIT CARD by Fax - Place order and fax cc information
- PURCHASE ORDER - Place order and fax Purchase Order *
- CHECK by Mail - Place order and mail check
- CHECK by Fax - Submit order and fax copy of check **
- CHECK Online - Submit order and enter account name, bank name, address, fraction code, routing #, account #, & check # in the comments section of the order **
* Name Tag, Inc. will consider accepting PO's from Govenmental, Educational and Non Profit entities and for reorders from previous customers
** Name Tag, Inc. will print a duplicate check and process your order immediately
When paying by check, Name Tag, Inc. reserves the right to hold the order until the check clears. If so, you will be notified.
