Production - Once your order and a properly formatted list of names have been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.

Completed orders (with a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:30pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

Long lines of text may be condensed to fit the available space.

Lists must contain all text to be engraved - for duplicate tags enter the text twice

Proof lists carefully: your list will be used to engrave your tags, Name Tag, Inc. is not responsible for lists that are formatted incorrectly or with errors.

Name Tag, Inc. will not edit your list. Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.

Company policy requires that all lists be in writing. Names (even just one name) will not be accepted over the phone. Lists can be presented in the form of an attachment in an email, on a floppy disk, or on a CD. Faxed lists are acceptable, but a data entry fee will be charged to type the list into our system.
