EXPEDITED PRODUCTION: Standard production time, based on quantity, and expedite fees are shown in the table below.
Production process:

1 - Customer supplies instructions and art work (if logo)

2 - Name Tag, Inc. provides a proof to customer via fax

3 - Customer approves or disapproves proof via fax

4 - First three steps repeated until proof is approved by customer

5 - Dies are ordered if there is a logo

6 - Actual production starts after receipt of dies or proof approval if no logo

7 - Product is shipped

Working hours are 8 to 5 weekdays and all times are Mountain Time (2 hours earlier than Eastern)

Proof is not started until after usable artwork & instructions to designer are received

Customers must be available to approve proofs in a timely manner.

Expedite fee percentage is based on price of plates without holders

Production times are NOT guaranteed. They are dependent on availability of personnel, equipment, outside vendors, shipping and other factors. Name Tag, Inc. will not be responsible for consequential damages caused by its failure to meet an expedited schedule or any other promised schedule.

Expedite fees will not be charged if expedited times are not met.

Customers MUST inform Name Tag, Inc. in advance if jobs are to be canceled if they cannot be shipped when scheduled due to unexpected problems. This allows Name Tag, Inc. to stop work as soon as it is known that the promised schedule cannot be met. There will be no charge for orders not shipped when planned if Name Tag, Inc. was advised in advance to cancel the order. Otherwise, the order will be completed and shipped or, if canceled, customers will be charged for work done. Once the order ships, the customer is responsible for the order. We will attempt to contact you if problems arise but customers cannot always be reached in a timely manner.

Customers will be kept informed throughout the production process.
