Select from three different sizes (2 x 8, 2 x 10, or 2 x 12) and one or two lines of engraving. The predesigned nameplates are engraved on a rotary system, providing a wider selection of material colors and a different set of engraving fonts. Choose from one of the 6 different styles on the right to begin the order process.
PRICES START AT:5 name plates for $5.41 each, 100 name plates for $3.63 each.

Adhesives can be applied directly to the back of the name plate or can be used in conjunction with a name plate holder (example: applied to the back of a wall mount).

Production time + Shipping = Total time to delivery
Production - Once your order and a properly formatted list of names has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.
Completed orders (with a properly formatted list) must be recieved by 5:30pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

Shipping - Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart.
Enter text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the name plates (including upper/lower case letters).
Long lines of text may be condensed to fit the available space.
Lists must contain all text to be printed - for duplicate plates enter the text twice
Proof lists carefully: your list will be used to print your tags, Name Tag, Inc. is not responsible for lists that are formatted incorrectly or contain errors.
Name Tag, Inc. will not edit your list. Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.
Company policy requires that all lists be in writing. Names (even just one name) will not be accepted over the phone. Lists can be presented in the form of an attachment in an email, on a floppy disk, or on a CD. Faxed lists are acceptable, but a data entry fee will be charged to type the list into our system.
