Select from a laminated clear coating or a window opening -- cut into the badge. Easily switch names out by sliding out the included paper insert, print/write your information and slide the insert back in.

COLOR: 10 vinyl colors are available.

MINIMUM ORDER: 100 pieces.

STYLE HSV-60 BADGE: This style is only available in white 0.03 inch thick white vinyl. Includes a clear vinyl sleeve to hold a standard business card.

Your logo will be printed using process printing. PMS color matching is available for an additional $40 per color. Colors that bleed off the tag are available on these name badges.

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.

Art charges can be avoided by supplying high quality art files: computer generated art in a vector format. (.EPS, .AI, .CDR).

Complete art, including all copy, will be reproduced exactly as submitted. (All text must be converted to curves or outlines)

Flat colors only. No process colors (Blends or gradients).

If design work is required, all art time is charged at $60 per hour.

We understand that you may not have the tools, time, or skill to design the badges you want——we are here to help. Please call if you would like us to design your badges.

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.
