Your design is printed on the surface of the plastic vinyl badge and then laminated with a clear coating for added protection. A window is cut into the front of the badge and a clear plastic pouch is attached to the back to accommodate the included paper inserts. Easily switch names out by sliding out the paper insert, printing or writing your information and then sliding the insert back in.

Note: the entire front of the badge is laminated EXCEPT for the window cut out. Clear plastic window strips are included with the badges that slide into the pouch, in front of the paper inserts, to provide additional production.

Design will be digitally printed on the name badges. Full bleed printing (printing to the edge of the badge) is available.

Badges will accept any size window. Window can be used in any position on badge, but must be a minimum of 1/4 inch away from top or bottom of badge.

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. Additional charges may apply if any adjustments to your artwork are made by Name Tag, Inc.

High quality art files are required, vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr) files are required for most products, bit-map files (300dpi - .jpg, .tiff, .bmp, .gif) may be an option for full color products only. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.

Your art will be printed as submitted to Name Tag, Inc. If you would like a background color, please include this background in your art file. PMS color matches are not available due to the heat lamination process.

If design work is required, changes that require more than 15 minutes of time to complete will be charged at $60.00 per hour. (May include: adding a background photo or color, logo/design creation, changing a full color logo with gradients to a one or two color logo, fixing or changing the text on an existing logo, etc.)

We understand that you may not have the tools, time or skill to design the badges you want -- we are here to help. Please call if you would like us to help in the designing of your badges.

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.
