Plastic vinyl badges are available in several sizes and may accommodate a write-on-strip or a recessed slot for a label. If desired, consecutive numbers may also be printed on these badges. Single and multi-color printing is available; however, color blends or gradients can not be printed through this process. Design will be screen printed on the name badges. Full bleed printing (printing to the edge of the badge) is not available. PRICES START AT: 100 name badges for $1.57 each, 2,500 name badges for 43¢ each. All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. Additional charges may apply if any adjustments to your artwork are made by Name Tag, Inc.

High quality art files are required, vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr) files are required. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.

Flat colors only. No process colors (Blends or gradients). Full bleed printing (printing to the edge of the badge) is not available.

If design work is required, changes that require more than approximately 15 minutes of time to complete will be charged at $60.00 per hour. (May include: logo/design creation, changing a full color logo with gradients to a one or two color logo, fixing or changing the text on an existing logo, etc.)

We understand that you may not have the tools, time or skill to design the badges you want -- we are here to help. Please call if you would like us to help in the designing of your badges.

Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.
