Full-Vu Vinyl Window Badges

Full-Vu Side View

Your design is printed on the surface of the plastic vinyl badge and then laminated with a clear coating for added protection. A recessed window is cut into the badge, creating a pocket for the replaceable paper name card strips.

Design will be digitally printed on the name badges. Full bleed printing (printing to the edge of the badge) is NOT available, image areas must be kept .125 inches from edges and the cut slot.

PRICES START AT:
100 name badges for $3.54 each, 2,500 name badges for $1.16 each.
Discounts are available for other quantities.

Windows are available in 0.375 inch and 0.50 inch heights and will extend the entire width of the name badge.

FV-20 (1.375 x 3.0 inch): only the 0.375 in (3/8 in) window size is available.

ART REQUIREMENTS

Your order will be ON HOLD until we receive your artwork.

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. Additional charges may apply if any adjustments to your artwork are made by Name Tag, Inc.

High quality art files are required, vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr) files are required for most products, bit-map files (300dpi - .jpg, .tiff, .bmp, .gif) may be an option for full color products only. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.

Your art will be printed as submitted to Name Tag, Inc. If you would like a background color, please include this background in your art file. PMS color matches are not available due to the heat lamination process.

If design work is required, changes that require more than 15 minutes of time to complete will be charged at $60.00 per hour. (May include: adding a background photo or color, logo/design creation, changing a full color logo with gradients to a one or two color logo, fixing or changing the text on an existing logo, etc.)

PROOFS AND PRODUCTION TIMES
Total Production and Delivery Time
Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.

SET-UP FEES: $45.00.
