Plastic vinyl badges are available in rectangles, 16 stock shapes or the custom shape of your choice. These badges are an inexpensive choice if you need badges for a large group and do not require personalization. Design will be screen printed on the name badges. Full bleed printing (printing to the edge of the badge) is not available. PRICES START AT: 250 name badges for $1.31 each, 2,500 name badges for 61¢ each. CUSTOM SIZED RECTANGLE FORMAT

Design your badges to ANY RECTANGULAR SIZE and there is no additional charge when you select a custom shaped badge.

CUSTOM SHAPE FORMAT Whether used for a promotion or as a very unique name badge, a CUSTOM SHAPE is completely customizable. (Add $190 to your initial order for the creation of the custom shape cutting dies)

All stock die shapes are priced the same as Style CS-60, except the large 'Star' which is priced as Style CS-90.

Custom rectangles are priced based on the square inches of the badge, to figure the correct size multiply the length by the height to calculate the square inches.

MAXIMUM SIZE: 12 square inches.

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. Additional charges may apply if any adjustments to your artwork are made by Name Tag, Inc.

High quality art files are required, vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr) files are required. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.

If design work is required, changes that require more than approximately 15 minutes of time to complete will be charged at $60.00 per hour. (May include: logo/design creation, changing a full color logo with gradients to a one or two color logo, fixing or changing the text on an existing logo, etc.)

Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.
