Plastic vinyl badges are available in rectangles, 16 stock shapes, or the custom shape of your choice. These badges are an inexpensive choice if you need badges for a large group and do not require personalization.

COLOR: White is standard. If a different background color is required, add an additional color charge.

MINIMUM ORDER: 250 pieces.

Sixteen stock shapes are available for use at no additional charge. Create a custom shaped badge at a great, low price.

Design your badges to any rectangular size and there is no additional charge when you select a custom shaped badge.

All stock die shapes are priced the same as Style CS-60, except the large 'Star' which is priced the same as Style CS-90.

Custom rectangles are priced based on the square inches of the badge, to figure the correct size multiply the length by the height to calculate the square inches.

Custom shapes are priced based on the square inches of the badge. To figure the correct size, fit the custom shape into a square or rectangle, then multiply the length by the height of the square/rectangle to calculate the square inches.

Custom shape cutting dies will be required at an additional charge of $190 (initial order only).

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.

Art charges can be avoided by supplying high quality art files: computer generated art in a vector format. (.EPS, .AI, .CDR).

Complete art, including all copy, will be reproduced exactly as submitted. (All text must be converted to curves or outlines)

Flat colors only. No process colors (Blends or gradients).

If design work is required, all art time is charged at $60 per hour.

We understand that you may not have the tools, time, or skill to design the badges you want——we are here to help. Please call if you would like us to design your badges.

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.
