For your convenience, Name Tag, Inc. has created templates to assist in printing your list of names using Microsoft Word or Open Office. Please note that there are two versions of the templates - one for the colored badge, and the other for the blank name badges. Our Adhesive Name Badge sheets are very close to Avery Label #5395, so templates designed to fit that format may also be compatible with our sheets.
