A logo is dye sublimated onto the metal back plate of the the Mighty Badge® system. Transparent inserts are customized as needed using a laser or ink jet printer. Add the domed lens cover for an elegant reusable name badge. COLOR: The metal plate is available in white, gold or silver. Logo is added using a dye-sublimated or screen process (white in a logo will not print). ANY WHITE IN A LOGO WILL APPEAR THE COLOR OF
THE METAL BACK PLATE.
All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.
Vector art is the preferred format for all products, however a high quality bit-mapped image may be acceptable for full color products. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.
We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like, but do not guarantee a color match.
Two types of inserts are offered for mighty badges:
LASER INSERTS must be printed on a laser printer. They can be printed 1 insert at a time. (RECOMMENDED)
INK-JET INSERTS may be printed using most ink-jet printers. They must be printed 2 inserts at a time for the first half of the sheet and each remaining column separately for the last half of the sheet.

*Compatibility with your printer is not guaranteed. If laser-only inserts are ordered and your machine is incompatible it is possible to exchange unused laser-only sheets for Ink-Jet sheets. Call for exchange/return information. HP Laserjet machines will only print on the ink-jet sheets. A maximum of 5 insert sheets may be purchased using this order form. We have set-up these FREE templates for your convenience. If you are comfortable with your software, know how to work with tables and understand your printers limitations these templates may be a great solution for you. Because of the number of variables in how you have your office configured, we offer no technical support for the templates.

Price includes: metal back, dome, and a standard fastener (pin, swivel bulldog clip, or double clutch fastener). Production time is 7 to 10 business days - AFTER the proof has been approved. SET-UP FEE: $60.00 (It is not possible to print white, any white in a logo will appear the color of the metal back plate.)
