A logo is dye sublimated onto the metal back plate of the the Mighty Badge® system. Transparent inserts are customized as needed using a laser or ink jet printer. Add the domed lens cover for an elegant reusable name badge.
PLATE COLOR: The metal plate is available in gold or silver.
LOGO COLOR: If the color white is present in a logo, it WILL NOT be printed -- instead, it will appear in the color of the metal plate selected.

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.
Vector art is the preferred format for all products, however a high quality bit-mapped image may be acceptable for full color products. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.
We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like, but do not guarantee a color match.
It is not possible to print white, any white in a logo will appear in the color of the metal back plate.
Two types of inserts are offered for mighty badges:
LASER INSERTS must be printed on a laser printer. They can be printed 1 insert at a time. (RECOMMENDED)
INK-JET INSERTS may be printed using most ink-jet printers. They must be printed 2 inserts at a time for the first half of the sheet and each remaining column separately for the last half of the sheet.

*Compatibility with your printer is not guaranteed. If laser-only inserts are ordered and your machine is incompatible it is possible to exchange unused laser-only sheets for Ink-Jet sheets. Call for exchange/return information.
HP Laserjet machines will only print on the ink-jet sheets.
PRINTING THE INSERTS
We offer two ways to print your inserts: NamePrint Graphics® Software and insert templates for Microsoft Word.
We have set-up these FREE templates for your convenience. If you are comfortable with your software, know how to work with tables and understand your printers limitations these templates may be a great solution for you. Because of the number of variables in how you have your office configured, we offer no technical support for the templates.

To print any of the other sizes, you must create your own template or purchase the NamePrint® Printing Software.
Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time
After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof.
Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart.
Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.
