A logo is dye sublimated onto the metal back plate of the the Mighty Badge® system. Transparent inserts are customized as needed using a laser or ink jet printer. Add the domed lens cover for an elegant reusable name badge. COLOR: The metal plate is available in white, gold or silver. PRICES START AT:10 name tags for $5.20 each, 100 name tags for $3.68 each. THE METAL BACK PLATE.
All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.
Vector art is the preferred format for all products, however a high quality bit-mapped image may be acceptable for full color products. If you do not have a vector file, it may be possible to create one for you at an additional charge of $30.00.
We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like, but do not guarantee a color match.

Transparent inserts for the Mighty Badges® may be printed using most laser and ink jet printers. Inserts are printed and then placed between the dome lens cover fit and the metal backing plate, creating your high quality reusable name badge. SIZE: 8.5" x 11" Transparency NUMBER OF INSERTS PER PAGE: Varies by size. *Compatibility with your printer is not guaranteed. If Laser-Plus Film Pro inserts are ordered and your machine is incompatible it is possible to exchange unused Laser--Plus Film Pro sheets for Ink Jet--Classic sheets. Call for exchange/return information. |
Laser--Plus Film Pro ($5.50 per sheet) must be printed on a laser printer. The laser inserts may be printed 1 insert at a time. (recommended product)
Ink Jet--Classic Inserts ($4.50 per sheet) may be printed using most ink-jet printers. Ink-jet inserts must be printed 2 at a time for the first half of the insert sheet. Then the remaining inserts must be printed one column at a time (4-6 inserts depending on the insert size).
***HP Laserjet machines will only print on Ink Jet--Classic Insert sheets.
A maximum of 5 insert sheets may be purchased using this order form.

We have set-up these FREE templates for your convenience. If you are comfortable with your software, know how to work with tables and understand your printers limitations these templates may be a great solution for you. Because of the number of variables in how you have your office configured, we offer no technical support for the templates. ALL TEMPLATES HAVE BEEN SET-UP USING MICROSOFT WORD® ADJUSTMENTS MAY NEED TO BE MADE IF USING ANOTHER SOFTWARE PROGRAM.

Proof time + Production time + Shipping = Total time to delivery
Proof - After acceptable artwork and a properly formatted list of names have both been provided, a digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Name Tag, Inc.
Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.
Completed orders (with a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:30pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.
Production takes 7-10 business days once a signed proof is received.
Shipping - Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart.
