Laser engraved name tags are created using 1/16-inch engravable two-ply plastic with a matte surface. As the top layer is gently etched away, the bottom layer is revealed.
Example: White over Black is a white surface tag with black letters. |

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Enter text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the name tags (including upper/lower case letters).
Proof your list carefully - any extra characters or spaces WILL be engraved: your tags will be engraved EXACTLY as your list is prepared.

Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.

Lists must contain all text to be engraved - for duplicate tags enter the text twice.
