IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Enter text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the name plates (including upper/lower case letters).
Proof your list carefully - any extra characters or spaces WILL be engraved: your name plates will be engraved EXACTLY as your list is prepared.
- Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.
- Lists must contain all text to be engraved - for duplicate name plates enter the text twice.

- A proof (image of how your name plate will look) will be provided prior to production.
- A proof will not be started until usable art (see vector artwork info. above) is received.
- Production will NOT begin until you have returned an approved proof to Name Tag, Inc.
- Customers must be available to approve proofs in a timely manner. |
