PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING FOR RIBBONS

Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Name Tag, Inc.
Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins. Completed orders (with a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:30pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.Same Day Production is NOT available after 11 AM Mountain Time. |

Shipping - Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart .The standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which will take 1 to 6 days for delivery, depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional cost. You will be able to select your desired shipping method (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) once the order has been added to the shopping cart.
