SPECIFICATIONS:
Ribbons may be cut to any height between 4 and 8 inches.
Ribbons are available with widths of 1.625 inches and 2.0 inches. Sides have finished edges.
48 Ribbon colors and 7 imprint colors are available.
In order to print your text/logo on a ribbon, a die is required -- we offer two die options: polymer and metal. Most customers are satisfied with the quality of the polymer die; however, be aware of two limiting factors:
1) Polymer dies can not print fine details
2) The quality from a polymer die is reduced as higher quantities are produced
To avoid both of the previous problems and for the highest quality, Name Tag, Inc. recommends using a metal die. Metal dies ALWAYS give a better print than the polymer die and are highly recommended. In some circumstances a metal die may be required. If this is the case you will be consulted before production begins.
*The cost of a metal die is $30.00 for each unique ribbon -- Metal dies require 2 additional production days.
Every ribbon that has a different text color, ribbon color, or ribbon text must be entered as a unique ribbon.
The neon colors shown on this page are not accurate representations. It is not possible to show fluorescing colors on a web page.
The Red/White/Blue ribbon and the Rainbow ribbons are specialty ribbons—add an additional 10¢ per ribbon.
Ribbon colors and imprint colors shown on this web site are close approximations of available ribbon colors, however they are not an exact match and no guarantee is made as to the exact color of the ribbons. If you must match a color exactly please call with a pantone pms color # and we will see if that color is available.

Vector artwork (.eps, .ai, .cdr) is required, if you do not have a vector file one may be created for you at an additional charge. All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order made if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. $25.00 additional charge for logos, special font requirements, unusual layouts (such as text printed at an angle).
