SET-UP FEE: $9.50 each unique set of ribbons (every ribbon that has a change in ribbon text, ribbon color, imprint color, or layout).

METAL DIE FEE: $20.50 each. A metal die will always create a better imprint. Its stronger composition and increased ability to transfer heat will produce a superior imprint compared to a polymer die. A metal die is REQUIRED in any of the following situations:
1) Text that will be less than 18 pt in size (large quantities of text or long words that cannot be split).
2) White or Black text (imprint color).
3) Quantities over 1,000 per ribbon title. Ribbons with the same text, but a change in ribbon and/or imprint colors will require a metal die if the combined total of that ribbon title is more than the 1,000 ribbon limit.
*These colors are hot-neon bright. The colors do not render well on your monitor.
**Rainbow ribbon, and red-white-blue ribbon are specialty ribbons, add 10¢ per ribbon.
SHIPPING FOR RIBBONS
Proof time + Production time + Shipping = Total time to delivery
Proof - A digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours. If changes to the paper proof are requested, a new proof will be provided within 24 hours. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is received by Name Tag, Inc.
Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins. Completed orders (with a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 5:30pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.
Shipping - Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart.
All packages will be shipped by UPS.
EXCEPTION: Military Addresses — USPS Priority Mail
The shipping time varies by the method chosen. UPS ground takes 1 to 6 days depending on your location. Delivery is possible in shorter times if upgraded shipping is selected.
