FULL COLOR RIBBONS WITH PINKED TOP
Pinked top ribbons are great as keepsakes or mementos for printing special messages or quotes.
SIZE: Vertical 2 x 6 and 2 x 8 inches with tape on the front. Fishtail cut on the lower edge is available.
COLOR MATCHING: PMS color match is not possible, but when a PMS number is provided we will do our best to match it.
MINIMUM ORDER: 100 ribbons for each style or design.

Price is for one ribbon, with a minimum order of 100 ribbons for each style or design.
Add 4˘ to the cost of each ribbon for a fishtail bottom. |
SET-UP CHARGES:
$15 if the design is camera ready high-quality digital art.
$30 if Name Tag, Inc. uses the information in this order form to design the ribbon for you.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ART: If you have a design that is ready to be printed, send it to us and you will receive our special set-up pricing of only $15. Vector art with all text converted to curves or a high quality (300 dpi) bit-mapped file (.jpg or .tiff) is required. Your art will be reviewed by our designers and if additional work is required you will be advised of the estimated set-up costs before we proceed with your order.
DESIGN NEEDED: We understand that you may not have the tools, time, or skill to design the ribbons you want—we are here to help. Most ribbon designs require less than the 30 minutes of art time that is included in the $30 set-up fee, if additional time is necessary you will be advised prior to proceeding. When approved, additional work will be charged at $60 per hour. |

LOGO ART: Vector artwork (.eps, .ai, .cdr) or a high quality bitmapped (.jpg, .tiff) file is required. If you do not have a vector file or a high quality bitmapped file, one can be created for you at an additional charge. |
PRELIMINARY DESIGN: If you have an image you want us to work from feel free to send it with your order. In this case the quality of the art file is not important. You may scan in a design sketched on a napkin -- or almost any other image file showing your idea. |

| COMMENTS |
|
Give us as much information as you can, let us know any design ideas, backgrounds, or specific colors. Be descriptive, all the information given will help us to design your ribbons quickly and efficiently.
PMS color matching is not possible, but when a PMS number is provided we will do our best to match it. |

| PROOF |
|
A proof (image of how your full color ribbons will look) will be provided prior to production.
If artwork is required, a proof will not be started until vector or high quality bit-mapped images are received.
Production will NOT begin until you have returned an approved proof to Name Tag, Inc.
Customers must be available to approve proofs in a timely manner.

| PRODUCTION SCHEDULE |
Full color ribbons are normally shipped within 6 business days after we receive a signed proof. Production times may need to be increased due to the quantity or complexity of your order and the limits of our production capacity.
During the months of May and June we may need up to 5 weeks to produce your orders. ORDER EARLY. |
