All name tags printed on a white surface will use the polar white material unless a beveled edge is selected The surface color of the tag is shown in the larger rectangle. The smaller rectangle shows the core color of the material (this core color will only show on a beveled edge)..

PARTIAL/FULL BLEED PROCESS: Designs/colors that are printed off the edge of a name tag require a partial or full bleed process. Utilizing the full bleed process, a color may be printed to fill the entire surface of a tag, thereby creating a customized background color. A partial/full bleed process may not always be possible -- all artwork will be reviewed by a designer. Adjustments, if needed, will be shown on your proof prior to production.

Add 60¢ charge per tag for the full bleed option.

THE FULL COLOR PROCESS WILL NOT PRINT WHITE. If white is required in your logo a white material must be selected. On almond, br. aluminum and euro gold any white in your art will not print, leaving the material color to show through these areas.

Vector art is the preferred format for all products, however a high quality bit-mapped image may be acceptable for full color products.

It is not possible to convert a low quality image into a vector file simply by saving it in a vector format. When this is attempted the low quality image is simply embedded in the new file--no conversion takes place. It is not possible to change a low quality image to a higher quality image simply by saving it with higher dpi settings. The image will have more dots per inch—but the quality will remain the same or even degrade further.

For your convenience we offer Artwork clean-up/conversion for the low price of $30 per image. Clean-up/conversion will not be done until you have approved the clean-up/conversion, and you will be charged for this service, even if an order is not completed (you can request the new file be sent to you upon payment of your order). There is a 24 hour turnaround required for this service with no expediting available.

We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like, but do not guarantee a color match.

You may use the online design tool to give us an idea of your name tag design. Use the longest name and title from your list to experiment with their placement -- we will use the image you've created as an aid to set up your proof. A paper proof will be provided for approval.

Proof time + Production time + Shipping = Total time to delivery

Proof - After your order is placed, artwork is recieved, and a properly formatted list of names has been recieved, a digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours -- If changes to the paper proof are requested a new proof will be provided. Production WILL NOT begin until an approved, signed proof is recieved by Name Tag, Inc.

Production - Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. If the production time and/or the shipping method need to be adjusted to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.

Completed orders (with a signed proof, and a properly formatted list) must be recieved by 5:30pm Mountain Time, or they will be processed the next day.

ART SUBMISSION

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.

LIST SUBMISSION

Enter text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the name tags (including upper/lower case letters).

Long lines of text may be condensed to fit the available space.

Lists must contain all text to be printed - for duplicate tags enter the text twice

Proof lists carefully: your list will be used to print your tags, Name Tag, Inc. is not responsible for lists that are formatted incorrectly or contain errors.

Name Tag, Inc. will not edit your list. Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.

Company policy requires that all lists be in writing. Names (even just one name) will not be accepted over the phone. Lists can be presented in the form of an attachment in an email, on a floppy disk, or on a CD. Faxed lists are acceptable, but a data entry fee will be charged to type the list into our system.
