Full Color Name Tags - Digital Printing

DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS

Printed on .06 inch thick plastic, using a direct to plastic printing process -- creating a rich, colored name tag.

Custom sized name tags are also available
Minimum size: .75 x 2.75 inches | Maximum size: 2 x 3.25 inches.

MATERIAL COLORS

The surface color of the tag is shown in the larger rectangle.
The smaller rectangle shows the core color of the material.

Partial/Full Bleed Process:

Designs/colors that are printed off the edge of a name tag require a partial or full bleed process. Utilizing the full bleed process, a color may be printed to fill the entire surface of a tag, thereby creating a customized background color. A partial/full bleed process may not always be possible -- all artwork will be reviewed by a designer. Adjustments, if needed, will be shown on your proof prior to production.

$0.60 charge per tag for the full bleed option.

These fonts are recommended for all replaceable text.
If another font is requested additional charges may be required.

AVAILABLE ONLY FOR NAME TAGS IN THE FOLLOWING SIZES 0.75 x 2.75 in, 1 x 3 in, 1.5 x 3 in. Add $3.00 per tag - All sizes of frames are available in gold, silver & black All tags with frames will have rounded corners and no beveled edges

SMALL: .75 x 2.75 inch - outside dimensions. MEDIUM: Gold & silver frames (1.13 x 3 inch), black frame (1 x 3 inch) - outside dimensions. LARGE: 1.5 x 3 inch - outside dimensions.

FASTENER

*Pin/clip Combo and Swivel Bulldog Clips are not available on tags that are smaller than 1 x 3 inches.

Enter text EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the name tags (including upper/lower case letters).

Lists must contain all text to be printed - for duplicate tags enter the text twice

Proof lists carefully: your list will be used to printed your tags, Name Tag, Inc. is not responsible for lists that are formatted incorrectly or with errors.

Name Tag, Inc. will not edit your list. Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.

Company policy requires that all lists be in writing. Names (even just one name) will not be accepted over the phone. Lists can be presented in the form of an attachment in an email, on a floppy disk, or on a CD. Faxed lists are acceptable, but a data entry fee will be charged to type the list into our system.

ART REQUIREMENTS

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.

Vector art is the preferred format for all products, however a high quality bit-mapped image may be acceptable for full color products. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00.

We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like, but do not guarantee a color match.

PROOFS AND PRODUCTION TIMES

Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time
STANDARD PROCESS:

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.

EXPEDITED PROCESS:

Expedite charges are required when your 'need by' date is not met with the standard proof, production and shipping times. You may expedite one or more of these processes to met the 'need by' date.
If expedited production charges are required to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.
