The top layer of a two-ply .06 inch thick plastic is engraved by laser, revealing the second color and creating a two-color plastic name tag. Space is left for names to be added by the customer with labels or a permanent marker. PRICES START AT:5 name tags for $3.70 each, 100 name tags for $1.99 each. Custom shapes are priced based on the square inches of the badge. To figure the correct size, fit the custom shape into a square or rectangle, then multiply the length by the height of the square/rectangle to calculate the square inches.

Vector art is the preferred format for all products, however a high quality bit-mapped image may be acceptable for full color products.
It is not possible to convert a low quality image into a vector file simply by saving it in a vector format. When this is attempted the low quality image is simply embedded in the new file--no conversion takes place. It is not possible to change a low quality image to a higher quality image simply by saving it with higher dpi settings. The image will have more dots per inch—but the quality will remain the same or even degrade further.
For your convenience we offer Artwork clean-up/conversion for the low price of $30 per image. Clean-up/conversion will not be done until you have approved the clean-up/conversion, and you will be charged for this service, even if an order is not completed (you can request the new file be sent to you upon payment of your order). There is a 24 hour turnaround required for this service with no expediting available.
We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like, but do not guarantee a color match.
Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time
STANDARD PROCESS:
After your order is placed, a digital proof will be created and emailed to you within 4 business hours (Mountain Time) -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart.
EXPEDITED PROCESS:Expedite charges are required when your 'need by' date is not met with the proof, production and shipping times.
You may expedite one or more of these processes to met the 'need by' date.
If expedited production charges are required to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.
