• Orientation: Vertical
• Insert: Top loading
• Material: 8 mil front and back, vinyl
• Attach: Slot can accommodate a bulldog clip such as found on a lanyard or on a short plastic strap. Slot punched in both front and back which are .5 inches higher than insert so that a clip will close the top and insert won't fall out. Usually referred to as a proximity badge holder.

• Outside dimensions (hxw): 6.75 x 4.5625
• Orientation: Vertical
• Insert: Top loading
• Material: Strong 12 mil front and back, vinyl, reinforced header (double top for stronger slot)
• Attach: Slot can accommodate a bulldog clip such as found on a lanyard or on a short plastic strap. Back is .5 inches higher than front so that slot and holes are above the name tag. Alternatively, the holes can be used for an elastic cord or a chain.
