Dye-sublimation printing may cover the ribbon's entire surface and allow the ribbon design to include any color, gradient or blend. These ribbons are easy to use by removing the backing from the attached tape and position them on the bottom of a name tag or badge holder to complement your existing identification products.

MINIMUM QUANTITY: 100 pieces

MATERIAL: White satin acetate badge ribbon, the cut ends will be pinked.

SIZES:2 x 6 inch and 2 x 8 inch ribbons. The top and bottom will be pinked to prevent fraying.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED DESIGN: Using the templates we provide when designing your ribbons will assist you in creating artwork that may be eligible for reduced set-up fees. The templates show the required bleeds, printable areas and tape positioning. Our designers will review your art and if it is print-ready, your set-up fees will be reduced to $15.

ART REQUIREMENTS: High-quality artwork is required. Vector art is preferred; if the file is in a raster format (jpg, tif), it must be 300 dpi or better.

TEMPLATES: Remember to convert all text to outlines. The PDF templates have been optimized to open in Corel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

PROOF: A digital proof will be sent and can take up to a week to be emailed.

PRODUCTION: These times vary depending on quantity, variations and time of year. May, June and July are busier, so plan on longer (up to 8 to 12 weeks). Small orders during other seasons may be available quicker (10 to 12 business days). All production times are estimated and not guaranteed. If you have concerns, contact customer service.

SET-UP FEES: $30, this fee may be reduced to $15 if print-ready art is provided.
