Beginning in mid-June Name Tag, Inc. will be switching from rotary and laser engraved name tags to exclusively laser engraved tags.

Why the Switch?

When we first introduced the laser engraved name tags late last year, initially the plan was to make the exclusive switch at that time; however, we did not want to force this change and wanted to give our customers the freedom to choose between the rotary and laser line. So over the past 6 months we have been gathering feedback from our customers to get their opinions - the overwhelming response on the clarity, precision and overall quality has shown us that you clearly prefer the laser line.

What Does This Mean for You?

Due to the positive response of the laser line, the switch to only laser engraving has enabled us to streamline our engraved name tag operations, thereby allowing us to reduce the laser engraved product lines pricing, on average, by 20%. While the old rotary system will still be available for our existing customers and their reorders, the switch to laser now means that we can offer a higher quality product at a lower price.

06/18/08 -- WELCOME TO THE NEW NAME TAG, INC.

It has been a little half a year since our last major revision but I'm happy to say that the updates are still coming along. With each new generation of pages we are incorporating your feedback and recommendations - with the single goal of trying to make the friendliest and easiest to use name tag site as possible.

Our latest update has brought about some major revisions - firstly, we are no longer separating our products by product type but rather by whether a name tag has a logo or not. Once you've made your decision as to whether you'd like a logo or not, then you can select the process that is best suited for your situation.

In addition, we are moving to a tabbed format for all of our product comparisons. Instead of having to redirect or open additional pages, with the tabbed system, you can easily compare one product type to another - all without having to deal with pop up or new windows. We are very excited about this new method and think that it will save you time and effort as you make your decisions.

Lastly, the old name tag ordering pages have been replaced with a new set of pages. The old pages involved multiple steps/pages and the supporting details opened in new windows - overall it was not as easy to use as we liked. In contrast, the new ordering pages are specific to the process that you are interested in. Furthermore, all of the steps are all on the same page and any additional information opens directly on the page as an expandable/closeable section.

With the engraved name tags finished, we will now be moving towards finishing the rest of the name tag product lines and have a new reusable name tag product that we are very excited to present in the next few weeks.
